Dr. Chandra Kishore Singh is the Dean of Faculty of Arts and Communication under Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj University in Mumbai. He is a senior administrative professional with almost 41 years of rich, cross-functional experience across varied segments of the communication sector at the national as well as the international levels. As an officer of the Indian Information Service, he has worked in various media units of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
